Two men received injuries yesterday morning while traveling on Quillins Chapel Road. The two men told deputies that they pulled over to the side of the road when they were fired upon by two other men in a red pick-up. One of the men was shot in the hip while the other took a bullet in the leg, and both received treatment at the Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson. Officials are not releasing the names of the victims at this time, and have not been able to establish a motive for the attack.
