Bernice Patrick Spence 58 of Blaine, KY; passed away on November 10, 2019 at the Kings’ Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. She was born on July 27, 1961 in Louisa, KY; she was a daughter of the late Harvey and Opal Maynard Spence.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 11:00am at the Mullins Family Funeral Home with Sammy Ray Patrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Spence-Ward Family Cemetery of Blaine, KY. Visitation will be from 2-9pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
