Hershell Howard age 78 of Salyersville, Kentucky, husband of Elena Howard passed away Friday, November 15, 2019 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Hershell was born January 8, 1941 at White Oak, Kentucky to the late Woodford and Mae Howard.
