Eugene Blankenship, 73, passed away at his residence, in Stopover, KY, on Saturday November 16, 2019.  He was born July 20, 1946 to the late Orville and Vear (Maynard) Blankenship.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at the Jones & West Funeral Home with Reverend Harold Layne officiating. Burial will follow in the Blankenship Family Cemetery, Stopover, KY. Visitation will begin at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home with special services at 7:00 P.M.
