Mitchell Allen Goble, age 51 of River, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019.

 Mitchell was born August 21, 1968 in Paintsville, Kentucky.

 Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday November 22, 2019 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Daniels Cemetery at Davis Branch. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Thursday and prior to the service on Friday. Chapter 18 D.A.V. of Auxier will conduct full military honors.
