Phyllis Jean Hopkins Matheny, age 76, passed away Monday, Nov. 25, 2019 at the Pikeville Medical Center. Phyllis was born on Jan. 24, 1943 to her parents the late Homer Hopkins and Mervel Adkins Hopkins.

Visitation will be Wednesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday Nov. 27, 2019 at 7p.m. with Heiko Giese officiating.
