William Everette “Billy” Freeman, age 68, passed way Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019 at his home. Billy was born on October 9, 1951 to his parents the late William Anthony Freeman and Phyllis Fuller Freeman.

Visitation will be Tuesday at 6p.m. at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home. The funeral will be Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2019 at 12 noon at the Lucas & Son Funeral Home with Lloyd Holland, Benny Joe Freeman, and Steve Belcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Valley Memorial Garden at Big Rock, Va.
