Dennis Blackburn, 65, of Sidney, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019, at his home following a brief illness, having undergone heart surgery in September.

Blackburn was born on July 26, 1954

Visitation will be held from 6 – 9 PM Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with special services at 7 PM. Family viewing begins at 5 PM. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at the funeral home with Ministers of the Big Creek Freewill Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in the May Cemetery, Dix Fork, KY. Pallbearers will be Fayette Mullins, Randy West, Steve Mullins, Robbie Blackburn, Jacob West and Tyler Blackburn.
