Henry “Boo” Clark II, age 58, of David, KY, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 in the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, OH. He was born March 27, 1961 in Paintsville, KY, a son of the late Henry and Grace Evelyn Shepherd Clark.

A Celebration of Life service for Henry will be conducted on Sunday, December 8 at 1:00 p.m. in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Bob Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in the Ashland Elizabeth Shepherd Cemetery, David, KY. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday and all day Saturday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
