Jerry Lee Slone, age 55, of Topmost, KY, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at his home in Topmost, KY. He was born at Medina, OH on March 20, 1964 to Mitchell Slone and Ethel Cains Slone.

Funeral services for Jerry Lee Slone will be held at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Friday, December 6, 2019 at 2:00PM with Dylan Combs officiating. Burial will follow at the Renee Hall Cemetery, Topmost, KY. Friends may call for visitation at the Chapel, Friday morning from 10AM to 2PM.
