Thomas “Jack” Thurman Fowler, 69, of Fort Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 6, 2019. Mr. Fowler was born April 11, 1950 to the late Mary Jane (Moore) and Frank Fowler.

Mr. Fowler’s wishes were to be cremated with no services.
