William Herbert Vance, 62, of Louisa, KY passed away Thursday, December 5, 2019. Mr. Vance was born February 27, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Hubert and Margaret York Vance.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday, December 9, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Caudill officiating. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, December 8 after 3:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home.
