An attorney representing Eric C. Conn clients started the process of distributing funds fallowing a recent class action settlement.

A hearing is scheduled for Jan. 3 in Floyd Circuit Court.

Attorney Ned Pillersdorf says the goal is to comply with the class action requirements and hopefully distribute the funds as soon as possible.
