Time and Place of Services: Friday December 27th, 2019 at 11am The First Presbyterian Church in Prestonsburg, Kentucky

Visitation: 6pm Until 9pm Thursday at the church with Masonic services Thursday night at 6pm

Burial: Mayo Cemetery, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
