Norma Grace Mutter McCoy, age 68, of Phyllis, Ky, passed away at Pikeville Medical Center on December 21, 2019.  Norma was born in Pike County, Ky. on September 24, 1951 to her parents the late Gard Mutter and Peggy Jo Hunt Mutter.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2019, 6:00 PM at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home.

Church services Thursday and Friday at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be Saturday, December 28, 2019, at 11:00 AM with Kelly Baldridge officiating.

Burial will follow in the Mutter Family Cemetery at Phyliis, KY.
