Madylene Boleyn, age 72, of Garrett, KY, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019, at Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, KY. She was born at Garrett, KY on May 29, 1947 to Manis Shepherd and Naomi Bolen Shepherd.

Funeral services for Madylene Boleyn will be held at the Rockfork Regular Baptist Church, Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at 11:00AM with Willie Crase, Daryl Slone, Jerry Manns and John W. Potter officiating. Burial will follow at the Bolen Cemetery at Garrett, KY.
Visitation will be held at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel Monday evening after 6PM and anytime Tuesday with additional services each evening at 7PM.
