Neva Sue Horn, age 72, of Inez, KY, passed away January 1, 2020 at Martin County Nursing Facility. She was born October 28, 1947 to the late Melvin Ward, Jr. and Lesta Mills Ward.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Garrett Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the Horn Cemetery of Inez, KY. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
