She was married to Jackie Mullins. Mazie passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2016. Services will be on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11 am at Joppa Old Regular Baptist Church in Melvin, Kentucky.

David Henry Howard age 88 of Cincinnati, Ohio formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the Harmony Court Nursing Facility in Cincinnati, Ohio.
