James Richard Bartley, 89 of Elkhorn City, KY passed away Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Pikeville Medical Center.

James was born November 30, 1930 at Big Branch, KY to the late James Alvin Bartley & Sadie Pearl Sanders Bartley.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, February 9, 2020 at 2PM from the chapel with Scottie Adkins officiating. Burial will follow at Johnson Memorial Park, Pikeville, KY. Military rites will be conducted by the Elkhorn City DAV Chapter #140.
