Debra Lynn “Debbie” Smith, 61 of Forest Hills, KY passed away on February 9, 2020 at the Tug Valley ARH Medical Center.
She was born on January 4, 1959 in South Williamson, KY.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home, Belfry, KY, beginning at 12 PM. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service from 11 AM – 12 PM. Burial will follow the funeral service at Mountain View Memory Gardens, Huddy, KY with her brothers and nephews serving as pallbearers. R.E. Rogers Funeral Home of Belfry, KY is serving the family.
