The City of Pikeville, KY would like to formally invite you to join us in celebrating the science and artistry of the spirits, cigar, and related industries by participating in our second annual Bourbon and Spirits Winterfair! The event will take place inside the Appalachian Wireless Arena on Saturday, February 15th, 2020 from 3pm to 8pm.

General admission $30 plus fees includes 8 sampling tickets
