Douglas Wiley Parker, 84, of Louisa, KY passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020. Mr. Parker was born October 13, 1935 in New Lexington, Ohio to the late Steve and Hoeglin Storts Parker.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 PM on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Vinny Vanhoose officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
