Stallard Preston Lynch, age 88 of Joe’s Creek, passed away, Friday, February 28, 2020 at the Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center. Stallard was born on Joe’s Creek at John’s Creek, Kentucky on October 7, 1931 the son of the late Rhodes Walter Lynch and Florence Syck Lynch.
