New changes to what is required to vote in Kentucky could become law.

The Kentucky House advanced its version of Senate Bill 2 yesterday.

It’s called the Voter ID Bill and would require most voters to show a photo ID to cast a ballot.

The bill does include financial help for those who cannot afford to buy a photo ID.
