New infections from Coronavirus drop in China but, three countries are emerging as major trouble areas, South Korea, Italy and Iran.

South Korea is struggling to find enough hospital beds for its sick as the virus outbreak there worsens.

The country reported 435 new cases, pushing its total to 5,621  the second-highest total after China.

In just over four days, the U.S. case count has climbed from 65 to 126, CNN reported.
