Kanawha Ray Slone, age 57 was born in Hindman, Ky to the late Isom and Freda Boleyn Slone on December 23 of 1962. Kanawha was a former coal miner and was the father to Four children, Dillon, Landon, Alyssa and Amber Slone.

Funeral Services for Kanawha Slone will be held on Friday March 13 11am at the Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Hindman, Ky. Visitation will be held on Wednesday and Thursday 6-10pm with Additional services on Thursday evening at 7pm. Burial will follow at the Slone Cemetery in Topmost, Ky.
