Phyllis Ann Bartley, 65 of Rockhouse, Ky. was born on May 17, 1954 in Pikeville, Ky. to Elvie and Rosetta Hylton Adkins. She passed away at the Pikeville Medical Center on Sunday.

Visitation will be after 6:00 on Tuesday at the Unity Freewill Baptist Church on Rockhouse with a funeral at 11:00 on Thursday at the church. Mike Coleman and Tony Adkins will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bartley Cemetery on Rockhouse.
