Health officials in Pike County have confirmed a fourth positive case of COVID-19. The news was released earlier this morning at the courthouse.

The newest patient is a 62-year-old man who is currently in the hospital at Pikeville Medical Center along with one of the other Coronavirus patients. The other two county-specific cases are at home in self-isolation.
