David Doyle Bailey Jr., 54, of LittCarr, Ky passed away at his home April 11, 2020 at his residence. David was born August 28, 1965 in Hazard, KY to the late David and Ada Combs Bailey.

Time and Place of Services: All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor’s request for COVID-19 restrictions.
