Oceanus “OC” Holbrook, the son of the late Elder R.E. “Eppie” and Lizzie Hall Holbrook, born November 6, 1937 at Puncheon, Kentucky and passed away April 22, 2020 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky.
