Jennifer Lee Bates Ousley age 57 wife of David Randall Ousley of Prestonsburg passed away from this life on Thursday April 23rd, 2020 at her residence. Jennifer was born on December 14th, 1962 in Fayette County, Kentucky to Robert “Bob” Bates and Cynthia McCoy Bates of Nicholasville, Kentucky.

All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor’s request for COVID-19 restrictions.
