Fred R. Cottrell, Jr., 65, passed away Monday, May 18 at his home. Born in Prestonsburg on January 5, 1955.

Services will be limited to close family only abiding with Federal regulations due to COVID19 under the loving and professional care of Carter Funeral Home. Fred’s final resting place will be at Richmond Memorial Cemetery in Prestonsburg, KY.
