Officials with the Floyd County Health department took to their Facebook page earlier today to announce that the 18th positive case for Coronavirus has been discovered in the county. The new patient is in self isolation at home. Close contacts are being notified.

The health department would also like to remind everyone to please wash your hands, avoid crowds, practice social distancing, and wear a mask.
