Joe Dean Smith age 69 husband of Kristi Flannery Smith of Martin, Kentucky passed away from this life on Sunday July 26th, 2020 at The University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Joe was born on April 22nd, 1951 a son to the late Thurman Smith and Virgie Magalene “Maggie” Smith.

Funeral services for Mr. Smith will be Wednesday July 29th, 2020 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Martin, burial will follow at Flannery Cemetery up Bucks Branch in Martin, Kentucky.
Visitation will begin after 6pm on Monday and continue through Tuesday.
