Joel Moses, 48 was reported missing by friends and family midday on Monday when they saw his vehicle parked on the side of Highway 25W near the bridge above Clear Fork River. Moses’ ex wife, Angel says she found his keys and wallet by the water. Emergency officials say that there hasn’t been any sight of Moses in the water, but they’re still looking to cover all bases. Emergency Management Director Danny Moses says they have looked as far as they could on land and keep checking the water. Moses was last seen wearing blue or black jeans, a tee shirt and tennis shoes. He is recounted as 5’9 165LBS, blue eyes and brown hair.
