Joel Moses, 48 was reported missing on Monday afternoon after they found his truck on the side of the road near Clear Fork River. Joel’s ex wife says she found his jacket, wallet and keys by the water. She said she was afraid that in seeing slide marks on the mud into the water, that Joel fell in, she also said she was worried because he can’t swim. On Friday, Whitley officials say wet c,othes were found in his apartment that were not always there before.
