
At 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16, Gov. Beshear reported 1,514 new cases of COVID-19. This bring’s Kentucky’s total cases to 139,097, with 115,274 of those cases being lab confirmed and 23,823 are probable.
Three new deaths were reported Monday. Those reported lost to the virus include a 66-year-old woman from Graves County; a 63-year-old woman from Henderson County; and an 83-year-old woman from Jefferson County. This makes a total of 1,664 Kentuckians lost to the virus; though 37 of those are probable and only 1,627 are lab confirmed.
2,421,595 COVID-19 test have been administered in Kentucky. 2,241,836 were PCR Test, 90,433 were serology test, and 89,326 were antigen test. The positivity currently stands at 8.98%.
Currently 1,442 Kentuckians are hospitalized due COVID-19 related symptoms. WIth 360 in the ICU and 128 on a ventilator. Though at least 24,568 Kentuckians have recovered from the virus.
Top counties with the most positive cases Monday are: Jefferson, Fayette, Kenton and Hardin.
