33 year old Wesley Deran Hatton was indicted by a Letcher Co. Jury on 1 count of sexual abuse, which alleges he had sex with a 16 year old girl back in 2004, Hatton will make another appearance in court on April 27, at 10 in the morning in Letcher Co. court. Hatton has been in jail since last year after he was charged for the sexual abuse of another female, this one, 13 years old.
