Neil Tyrone Keathley, age 71, of Harold, KY, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at his residence. He was born September 28, 1949 in Pikeville, KY, a son of Phyllistine Hall Keathley and the late Joe Ross Keathley. He was a truck driver in the coal mining industry.

A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday, January 16 at 12 noon at the Keathley Cemetery, Harold, KY.
