Livia Taylor Kelly, 84 of Feds Creek, KY passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Good Shepherd Nursing & Rehab, Phelps, KY. Livia was born July 05, 1936 at Elk Foot, KY to the late Oney Hunt, Jr. and Anna May Griffith.

Visitation will be from 6-10PM Friday, January 22, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a service at 7PM. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 1PM from the chapel with Tony Lowe officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
