Dennis Carl Preston, age 66 of Inez, Kentucky, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021 at the King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. Born December 30, 1954 in Sumter, South Carolina to the late James Edgar Preston and Thelma Louise Herindean Preston.

Funeral services will be held 12:00pm Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Willie Preston Cemetery at Meally, Kentucky. Tommy Meade will officiate. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00-9:00pm and on Wednesday after 9:00am until time of services at 12:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
