On March 14^th Jackson Police officials noticed the remains of a particular issue on their sidewalk.  William Micheal Allen was allegedly caught on camera defecating in front of the Jackson Co. Police station. He was observed not long after the incident and identified as the culprit. He was later taken to three forks regional jail and charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.
