Floyd County Community Center is open in Martin as a warming station. You are able to stay the night, but they ask you to bring a pillow and blanket. Or if you just need to stop by to charge your phone you’re able to do so. They will have some refreshments available.

Martin County Extension Office (Old Middle Fork Road across from Inez Nazarene Church) is being utilized as a basic warming station. If you plan to utilize this facility please be sure to bring with you any supplies you will need.

Pike County
WestCare Perry Cline Emergency Shelter (173 Redale Rd, Pikeville). The facility requires anyone wishing to stay on-site to take a rapid COVID-19 test in order to keep everyone safe. Those people will be kept in a quarantine warming station until their tests show a positive result, at which point they are welcome to enter the facility.
