Shirley Fay McGuire, age 57 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away Monday, March 8, 2021 at Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born September 19, 1963 in Wabash, Indiana to the late Kelly & Emma Marshall Frasure.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and all day Thursday, March 11, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 12, 2021 at 11am at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Bill Collins officiating

Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
