Virginia Ann Hitchcock Ratliff, 75, of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away on March 12, 2021 at Salyersville Nursing and Rehab Center in Salyersville, Kentucky.

She was born April 26, 1945 in Johnson County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Wayne and Avanell Blair Hitchcock.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Larry Blair officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, March 14, 2021 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2021.
