Patricia Sue “Patty” Poe, 77 of Fostoria, OH, passed away March 18, 2021 at her residence. Born March 12, 1944 in Newport News, VA, she was the daughter of the late Harry & Tootsie Allen Prater. Patricia was preceded in death by her husbands, Joe Paris Poe & James David Nelson. She was a Nurse Aid, Cook, a member of the DAV Association, VFW and the Living Water Worship Center.

Funeral services will be held, 1pm Wednesday (March 24, 2021) at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY with Andy Dillon & James “Bo” Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in the McGuire Cemetery (Big Br Abbott) Prestonsburg, KY.

Visitation will be 6pm Monday (March 22, 2021) and all day Tuesday (March 23, 2021) at the funeral home
