A Pike county man was arrested in connection to a missing man from Harlan county. 20 year old Jordan Cross was reported missing on Monday afternoon after not returning home from a jog, police say. Due to Jordan having Aspergers, police immediately issued a golden alert and began their search. Jordan made contact 24 hours after initially being reported as missing, and police knew he wasn’t alone due to Jordan having left his phone at home before going missing. Pikeville police later found Jordan hiding in the bathroom of a home on Red Creek Road. There, 22 year old Jacob Ford was charged with custodial interference. Cumberland police department also issued a warrent of kidnapping which was serverd by the pikeville police because ford was currently in custody under them.
