An investigation began when a call was made to Knox Social Services after a three year old’s school noticed multiple bruises and cuts on the child’s face, head chest, back, arms and legs.  Both parents were interviewed as well as the child, pictures were observed and officials arrested Creighton Hill of Corbin and charged with criminal abuse. Two other children were taken from the residence as well.  Hill was taken to the Knox County Detention Center
