The Williamsburg Police Department arrested a woman in connection to a stabbing on Thursday afternoon. Police responded to a call on Thursday at 5:40 pm, finding a 40 year old man who had been stabbed at least twice, resulting in hospitalization. 36 year old Loretta Rice was arrested and charged with assault to the first degree as well as being served a warrant for failure to appear.
