A new Judge-Executive has been appointed in Martin County following former Judge William Davis stepping down some weeks ago. Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear appointed Victor Slone of Lovely as the new Judge-Executive. At the time of his appointment, Slone was serving his fifth term as a magistrate.
